Treat（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを最優先に設計されています。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱う情報とその目的を説明します。

1. スクリーンタイム・使用状況データ

本アプリは Apple の Family Controls / Screen Time（スクリーンタイム）フレームワークを利用して、アプリの制限・解放や使用状況の表示を行います。これらの実測スクリーンタイムデータは、お使いの端末内でのみ処理され、当社や第三者のサーバーに送信・保存されることは一切ありません。データは端末上の App Group 領域に保存されます。

2. 収集する情報

本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人を直接特定する情報を要求・収集しません。アカウント登録も不要です。

3. 課金情報

サブスクリプション（Treat Premium）の購入は Apple の App内課金を通じて行われます。決済処理は Apple が行い、当社がクレジットカード情報等を受け取ることはありません。購入状況の管理・分析のために RevenueCat を利用する場合があります。

4. 情報の第三者提供・広告

当社は、収集した情報を広告目的で利用したり、データブローカーに提供したりすることはありません。Screen Time フレームワークを通じて得たデバイス・使用状況データを、本アプリの機能提供の範囲を超えて共有することはありません。

5. データの保持と削除

端末内のデータは、アプリを削除することでいつでも消去できます。分析・診断データは各サービスの保持ポリシーに従います。

Treat ("the App") is designed with your privacy first. This policy explains what information the App handles and why.

1. Screen Time & Usage Data

The App uses Apple's Family Controls / Screen Time framework to block and unlock apps and to show your usage. This measured Screen Time data is processed only on your device and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers or any third party. It is kept in an on-device App Group container.

2. Information We Collect

Product analytics (PostHog): anonymous interaction events such as which screens you view and which buttons you tap, used to improve the App. It never includes your measured Screen Time or the specific app names you select.
Diagnostics / crash data (Sentry): technical error information when the App crashes, used to fix bugs.

The App does not request or collect directly identifying information such as your name, email, or phone number. No account is required.

3. Purchases

Subscriptions (Treat Premium) are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is handled by Apple; we never receive your card details. We may use RevenueCat to manage and analyze subscription status.

4. Sharing & Advertising

We do not use collected information for advertising or share it with data brokers. Device or usage data obtained through the Screen Time framework is never shared beyond providing the App's features.

5. Retention & Deletion

On-device data can be erased at any time by deleting the App. Analytics and diagnostic data follow each provider's retention policy.
